In order to make a return, everything that was shipped to you must be returned in as-new condition within 30 days of your receipt of the item(s). Returned items that are used, damaged or show signs of wear will be prorated. Refunds will be credited within 7 business days of our receipt of the items returned. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Before you make a return, you must contact us first to obtain a return authorization form or number.
